At the end of November and for the first part of December, Father Christmas will tour around the area raising money for local charities.
The events, organised by the Vale of Evesham Round Table starts tomorrow (Wednesday) with a trip to The Orchards, raising money for Tesco Evesham.
The sleigh will be in different places in Evesham from Yesterday until Monday December 19 with a special appearance outside Pershore’s Asda on Sunday December 18.
Each charity that is helping with the collection will receive a part of the money raised.
Charities that will get some of the proceeds of a night include Evesham Bat Walk, Honeybourne Scouts, Hampton Scouts, Evesham Ladies Circle, Evesham Sea Cadets and The Children’s Kayak Charitable Trust.
Evesham Rugby Club, Badsey PTFA, Badsey Guides, Harvington PTFA, Harvey Bears, Offenham Cricket Club and Evesham Dogs Trust will also receive a share of the proceeds from a night.
The Causeway, Evesham and Badsey Hockey Club, the Vale of Evesham 41 Club, Bengeworth Brownies, Bengeworth Scouts, Ourside Youth Centre, Adventure Playground and Evesham Swimming Club complete the impressive number of charities that will benefit.
